United States adjust positioning its aircraft carriers

United States recently decided to reconsider the positioning of its aircraft carriers around the world with ten to give priority to strengthening the spread in the regions of Asia and the Far East .

Within this framework , the transfer of  U.S. aircraft carrier " USS Theodore Roosevelt " fundamental base of Norfolk on the east coast of the United States to the base of San Diego on its west coast .

It is the first time that enhance the Pacific Bhamlat aircraft at the expense of the Atlantic Ocean so that published five aircraft carriers in the Pacific , namely: " USS Nimitz " and " USS John Stennis " ( their base administrative Bremerton ) , and " USS Carl Vinson "and" USS Theodore Roosevelt "and" USS Ronald Reagan " ( administrative base in San Daiego ) .

In addition to it , " USS George Washington " stationed in Yokosuka, Japan .

The Atlantic has published four U.S. aircraft carriers : the " USS Dwight D. Eisenhower " and " USS Abraham Lincoln " and " USS Harry S. Truman " and " USS George W. Bush " ( base administrative Norfolk ) .

As is known, the United States adopts the state level since the beginning of the twentieth century naval offensive strategy as defined by the General Rear Admiral Alfred Mahan Tire who sees - in his famous book, the impact of naval power in the history of 1660-1783 , which classifies the important books read by every president U.S. team before receiving power - that the richness and greatness states are the result of maritime trade of this country and protected its fleet of war .

As Mahan identified precisely six elements that must be met collectively in any state to be considered " Navy -Sea power" which is : fleet military and naval bases at home and abroad , and its merchant fleet , and the geography of the state and the location of the sea , in addition to the existence of human potential -oriented professions marine and riches allow the establishment of an infrastructure financing freely ( ports - dry docks - vocational schools freely - marine security ) , as well as the presence of government support maritime orientation of the state.

The importance of marine in Mahan 's famous saying , " Who controls the sea controls the land ."
Centric strategy Mahan on the need to secure control marine theater maritime and transport links Navy in the world ( such as waterways and straits and canals Navy ... ) , in addition to control of the wilderness areas important that control the movement of marine transport as a step essential for the extrusion forces to the mainland .

The reason for the recent redeployment with the transformation of the military center of gravity towards the east , and China specifically, in my opinion , because they pose this strategic region of significant impact on the economic interests of the U.S. and therefore the status and location of the U.S. avant-garde in the world.

The reason also falls within the framework of the policy of containment of China primarily and rein in its political influence in the world growing at a steady pace and the same long , thanks to a strong economy , which is currently the second most powerful economy in the world after the United States . The economy is the fastest growing economy in the area in the last thirty years at an annual rate exceeds 10% . China is the largest exporter and second largest importer in the world. The gross domestic product is estimated at about 1.4 trillion dollars.

The question that can be asked in this area : Is the growth of the Chinese economy continuing at a steady pace in the future threat to the United States of America site avant-garde in the world?
The redeployment of the United States for its aircraft carriers , which centered around its navy with conventional and strategic promotion in the Far East is a clear indication of the administration's concern about the growing economic power of China and what it could pose a threat to the future of its leadership position . This can be explained by the American obsessing closely monitored the activities of China at the global level .

China has been working for some time on the development of its relationship with regional and international countries with even unpopular Westerner such as Sudan , Iran and Burma, in order to secure its oil needs a way to facilitate the growth of its economic capabilities on the one hand and preserving the sovereignty, independence and political status of the other.

The relations between the United States and China are also complex and full of contradictions , at the same time are in need of each other .

China is the third largest trading partner and the second most important source of U.S. imports . The Chinese authorities officially the second largest creditor to the United States . In contrast, the United States is the most important trading partner for China and binary an important source of investment and technology export .

With regard to foreign policy and international relations , the interests of the United States and China intertwined , but that does not mean the absence of differences on a number of regional and international issues between the two countries .
